Hedges has spoken with a representative of Evan Lloyd Architects about the bill the Village received for the building construction document review in association with the building permit for Maddy’s Tavern. The cost of the review was higher than the fees received for the permit. There was a discussion on whether fees needed to be increased to fully encompass the cost of the review.
